It possibly could be, but would be tricky to use with such small buttons.
The best options would be to create one, if you feel brave enough ;-)

Performance Pad is a skin for the iRemote app. It is unrelated to V8.

thank you. yea the buttons would be small. maybe not so many buttons but larger ones. can i make this with the skin creator?

I see no reason why you couldn't!!
Best bet is to download the performance pad skin and that will give you the code you will probably need.
Start by creating you .BMP (picture file) it will need to be 320x460
