I've noticed when I sign in it shows my profile as if I'm an LE user and not a PRO but I purchased the full PRO version and is what I use to DJ but my status here remains as LE. Why is this and how do I get this updated? I don't have a serial number cause I purchased the upgrade online. If I was given one I'm not sure where that is or how to find it.

You should have received your new Pro serial number at the time of purchasing. If not, please contact support: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html
Once you have your Pro serial number, simply register it to your user profile and you will then show as a Professional Edition User: http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html
