I want to create knobs like on this screen.

That should include their design and code part? I'm talking about each stroke every knob, that changes in the time when we turn knob. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Seriously you've made the classic mistake of trying to run before you can walk, I think if you were to receive a generalised answer you wouldn't understand, have a play with the default skin, familiarise yourself to the terms used in skinning and then repose your question.
When people just say "I want this" they rarely get help.
When people say "I want this, I tried doing this and looked at that but I can't figure out how the other works," it shows people you have tried to figure it out yourself, then people usually help.
