Hi guys,
For long time ago, I tried to find a method that can reduce number of phrases in a track in the smoothest way , but I still can't find it. For example a track contain 28 phrase (~7 min) to become a new track 20 phrase (~5 min). And it should be smooth so that audience can not realize the joint position.
Would you guys give me any suggestion?

If you dont have a means to edit the song or video with a separate piece of software, then hot cues are your friend!
1. Place a hot cue somewhere in the first chorus and rename it as "Hit Hot Cue 2"
2. Place the 2nd hot cue somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd chorus at the exact spot where the hot cue was in the 1st chorus
3. Play song from the beginning and when the 1st hot cue comes up, hit the 2nd hot cue right at the appropriate spot, and BOOM...instant song shrinkage!

^^^ That's a good solution.
Another one is just to mix out of it early don't wait for the outro. Just count the bars.
If I am quick mixing. I typically fade in at the start of the chorus and fade out at the end of the chorus. Most intros to Top40 and EDM tracks (mostly what I spin) at either 8-16 bars. So are the chorus. If you take away the bass line of the out going song at the beginning of the chorus and the 2 songs are in key, this can is a very smooth transition. If you by chance mis-count, you can always echo out.
Another solution is if you are in a record pool, most of them make Quick Hits or Short Edits these days, download those as well. I typically have anywhere from 4-8 versions of the same track (Dirty, Clean, QuickHit/Short Edit, and maybe a Remix or Two or Three)

mixmiester is probably the easiest way as you can quickly edit the track and save it as an mp3. Ableton is also pretty easy but cost a few more dollars. The last option is a wav audio editing program like wavelab, audition, audacity (free). The problem with wave editing software is that it's not beatsynced.

Sounds like you need to learn/practice counting bars as you mix. After a while it becomes second nature. I know quite a few DJs, including myself, that either tap their foot or bob their head up and down to the beat to count bars. Some use the cue button to do it.
Don't rely on intro and outro. Specially if you are mixing live, if you start clearing the floor, you need to mix out and put on the next song post haste.
Counting bars and phrasing also gets you to making cuts clean. Something I still practice to this day and have not perfected.
