I'm just wondering if anyone can give me an insight on this. Is it possible to make the "horizontal" skin colored ? i understand the vertical once already are. Is this possible? many thanks

Only <scratchwave> can be multicolored. So you can create a horizontal scratchwave by changing the orientation to horizontal...
e.g.
<scratchwave deck="1" orientation="horizontal" length="3000">
e.g.
<scratchwave deck="1" orientation="horizontal" length="3000">
