Before purchasing VDJ, I have a few basic questions about features of the software. I'd like to use the program for live performances. I have 2 alternative options I'd like the software to do. Hopefully one of these will work:
1. I'd like to be able to build an automated playlist. Once a video on the list finished, I'd like the software to automatically crossfade to the other deck, featuring a screensaver-type video. I'd then like the operator to easily cue the next video on the playlist, and have the software seamlessly fade into it.
If that won't work:
2. I'd like the software to automatically load the next video on the playlist while the last was playing, but not to automatically start the track when the preceding ends. I'd like the initial track to fade out, and the operator to have control over when the next begins.
Is there any way to do this? I have very little experience with VDJ software. Thanks!!
