VMS4.1 gets my vote - I've had mine a couple of years, and it's never let me down. We had a customer bring one back to the shop for repair after an accident at a houseparty - some idiot had managed to pour a pint into the thing. I stripped it down, cleaned the boards with distilled water, replaced one fader, put it all back together and it was good as new. The VMS4.1 is a hardy beast it would seem.

Do you need them to be XLR, or do you just need them to be balanced output?
If you just need the balanced output (which is easily converted to balanced XLR - I do this all the time) then the Reloop Terminal Mix 2, Terminal Mix 4 and Terminal Mix 8 are also possibilities - and I personally love these products
But please notice that the TM8 hasn't been mapped to VDJ8 yet...

Which DJ Controllers with 3 Way XLR out (Left, Right, Subwoofer) ?

For $300.00, the Hercules RMX2 is a great workhorse. The sound quality is great, the jog wheels work well with VDJ, it is compact and has the XLR output you're looking for.

Controllers normally do not have outputs like this. Most have standard master out left/right. In some cases, they may also have a booth output that you could utilise for the subwoofer.
However, with a powered subwoofer, this should usually have thru connections so that you can run cables from the master outputs of the controller to the sub(s) and then another set of cables from the thru connectors of your subs to your speakers.
Otherwise, you should use a crossover such as http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/CX2310.aspx - This will give you more control over the sound that's sent to each speaker, so the sub only gets the low frequency bass and the speakers get the rest of the frequency range.

Here is how I address the subwoofer issue. I use an EQ with a separate output, dedicated to the sub, like one of these, http://www.pssl.com/Behringer-FBQ-1502-15-Band-Graphic-Equalizer
