I just bought a Hercules Dj Console Rmx, which comes with Virtual DJ LE 5.2. and it wont let me use the cross-fader, Volume for deck A, Volume for Main, and Volume for Deck B. I seen that somebody said you can turn on the cross-fader and stuff in the configuration menu. But when I go to the configuration menu there is only one tab and its about upgrading to pro version. There are no options or anything... Am i doing something wrong or is it something else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The bundled version is configured to work exclusively with the DJ Console, and is a Limited version, so this is why no configuration menu is available.
As for your issue:
- First make sure that your console is installed correctly, as described in the following document:

- If everything seems in order, test it outside of Virtual DJ

- Also make sure that the MIDI channel is set to 1 in the DJ Control panel
