VirtualDJ - Where is my serial #?

So I work for a Guitar Center and set a customer up with a full Karaoke package including VDJ PRO 7 through digital download.

The customer recently got in touch with me saying that Virtual kept asking them for a serial # and they didn't know what to do. So i went over their house to help. I tried searching through their email (the email the digital download was sent to) and I was unable to find the original email with the download (they mustve deleted it... idiots). So i went to the website here, typed in their email address and VDJ database could not recognize their email address.

At this point I wanted to be 100% they did buy it (as I did the deal almost 6 months ago and couldn't remember) so I had them check their bank statements and yes, VDJ PRO was on their bank statement.

So they've paid for it, however VDJ is not recognizing their email address so it can't resend them a serial #. What do i do here? Please help. Just trying to get them their serial number that they paid for.

I can provide customers name and whatever else is needed.

Please help, I want this lady to stop calling me! haha
