Hey all,

I just bought myself an Audio 8 DJ.

I've been mixing with this laptop for 5 years and everything has always worked great. It has no internet, its a laptop that is dedicated for my gigs only. No Antivirus, etc. Running the lastest VDJ version with XP.

Last night I have installed the audio 8 DJ, and I feel like its really resource extensive. It even made my PC lag.

I have installed the Drivers 3.0.

Any recommendation?

What are the minimum or recommended computer specs for the Audio 8?

What are the specs of your laptop (which is at least 5 years old!)?

Ive had my best results from using the drivers that came with it. Ive tried updating them before and I had the same problem, try rollin back and see if that helps.

hi,

sorry about that. laptop was a beast back then.

pentium 4 - 3.2ghz
1gb of ram.


as for the drivers, i bought it off ebay and no drivers was included. could i know which version you are using?

i have installed the older driver on the site and it seems to be a lot better.
