话题: HELP! NS7, Numark Cue, Macbook Pro

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

I just recently purchased Cue, and I'm having a really hard time with it. I downloaded the drivers, but i can't seem to set it up right. When i go into Config under Sound Setup>Sound Cards, all I am getting is Mono, 2 Cards, and 4-Out Card. If I set it up the NS7 to the 2 Cards, my crossfaders and headphones don't work and i also have an underwater sound with all of my songs. I have rescanned for new devices, and I believe I have done pretty much everything I can to make this work correctly.

I am hoping there is something simple that I am missing to fix my problem. If anyone who has had the same people please let me know, I'm in desperate need for help...I don't want to go back to Itch

I recently transcended to using Mac. And have tested VDJ with the NS7 using PC resulting in no issues and used various controllers with VDJ and Mac and resulted in no issues. However, when using the NS7 (along with the latest drivers) in any version(s) of the Mac OS you will result in the distortion referred to by many as the "under water sound".

I can't blame this on VDJ because I only see this problem when using newer versions of Serato Itch (which must be installed to utilize the driver(s). The old versions of Itch seem to work quite well. I have communicated to VDJ to see if they can help us with this issue further and I feel Numark should be involved as well on this matter.

On the other hand I have found that it has nothing to do with the hardware architecture of a Mac (any versions) due tothe fact that if you launch VDJ under Windows 7 (any versions) it will run perfectly well using the Numark NS7.

I hope this information will help you.
