Hi guys,
Got an internet radio broadcasting issue with the new virtual dj version 7.03 pro.
I use a hercules mk11 in conjunction with a xone 62 external mixer and I'm using a Dell xps m1730 laptop with vista.
I have rerouted the xone mixer back into the laptop via a 3.5mm jack and can record my mixing and microphone using audacity so all good there. I want this same signal to be broadcast to a shoutcast server.
I'm using advanced config and the record loopback option> line in (high definition audio device) > input 1 &2
Now I can connect to the server and people can hear me fine for a little while then apparently the sound gets a load of reverb and sounds progressively more trippy. Now at times this may have been a good thing ;-) but not right now!
I can't see what is causing the audio distortion in the signal. My internet seems to be working fine (I am not on wifi connected via cable). I have turned off lots of unnecessary devices in the device manager.
Also the fact that it starts out fine and then gets worse is weird. I wonder if any of you have any experience of this type of issue?

Listeners have just told me that it sounds like the signal is being heard twice. broadcast on the way out of the computer and on the way in if you know what I mean. Like there is a real delay on the music like one beat out.
