on VDJ 7, if you set the setting to show 4 decks, you can choose to have the waveform appear in different ways. my question is, is there a way to change the waveform display with only the 2 decks skin? the waveform i like is that deck 1 is on the bototm scrolling and deck 3 is mirrored on the top of the waveform. so deck 1 is on the bottom, and deck 2 is upside and set to the top. i like this because i can visually see my beat mixing much better. if there isnt a way to do that... then is there a setting i can set so that my NS7's deck 2 can be set to deck 3?

This is a special feature of the default v7 4 deck skin.
The 2 deck skin is more basic and does not have this, but other custom user-made skins may also have this functionality and more: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/skins.html
To use custom skins and the NS7 controller, you will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
The version you have now is limited v3 software can only be used with the Hercules DJ Console.
In the full Pro, you can map a button that you don't use to toggle the decks on each side. Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VDJScript%20Examples.html and http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4149/VDJscript_Mapping.html for basic mapping instructions.
