Hi everyone.

Can you help me please ? :S

Thanks ;)

I would check the balance of the RMX control panel, and the balance of the software too. Try to switch the left and the right chanels of the outputs, check cables too.

First of all thanks a lot for you help ;)
Well the cross-fader is in the middle, the balance button doesn't have that function because if i turn it to the the left the music is playing in the columns and if i turn it to the right the music plays in to the headphones and i dont find a balance button on virtual dj. I try to change the output chanels of the RMX but doesn't solve the problem... Now i will buy new cables and try solve this situation.

You don't have to buy any cables. I just read your first post again. You said that without RMX they are properly working.
So it seems that your RMX settings are causing this.

Note. If you use the LE that came bundled with your RMX, then speakers must be connected to RMX output 1,2.
In case you need to connect more than 1 pair of stereo speakers, route the RMX output to your 5.1 Sound card (PC) where those subs and columns are connected and make sure line input of that sound card is not muted.

Try connecting a suitable cable (2x RCA to 3.5" headphone jack) from the master output (1&2) of the console to the line input of your computer. The sound will then come out through the computer's speakers (If not, go to your sound card's mixer/control panel and ensure that the line input is not muted and the volume is set to an appropriate level.)

Make sure that the console is correctly configured as follows in CONFIG -> Sound Setup:

Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphones
Sound card: Hercules

If you still have the above problem, check with other sources (E.g: Windows Media Player) to ensure that there is not a problem with the speakers themselves.

NOTE: VirtualDJ LE/Console Edition is free limited software and does not support outputting sound directly through your computer's own built-in sound card with headphone pre-listening. It is designed to work with the sound card in the console only. For more flexible sound configuration options and much, much more, you will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Pro at a discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
