话题: dell xps studio to macbook pro 13'' 2011

hello, about a year ago i've bought a hercules dj rmx console which i have used with my previous laptop a dell xps studio with , obviously a windows os, recently that pc screwed up pretty bad, so i changed laptop to a macbook pro 13'' 2011 version, however, the console is not recognized anymore. It is true that i have lost the cd for the installation but i have managed to get a copy off the vdj website but it won't work. The lights on the console turn on when i attach them to the pc so its nothing with the cable i presume, however the pc does not recognize it or autostart vdj like it used to on my dell. I tried to open it on my own and it says that no console was detected........ what can i do to repair this? was there some kind of hardware installation in the cd that isn't present in the vdj website?
