A cool sound is to load the sample "siren" in a deck, change the BPM according to the other deck one.
Then when the other deck is playing without voices you play the siren in beats, apply my "cut" effect at 1/2, then change to 1/4 and 1/8 by decreasing the level.

The siren is an audio sample (if the Audio FX Bank) and can be found in the Sampler view of Sideview
