Topic: cross fader problems...HELLLLPPPP - Page: 2

I asked this same question here 3 weeks ago or so and noone even answered me, which was days wasted without my mixer working. I went to the Hercules site and they told me this same midi testing thing. It didn't work. In the meantime you'll just be frustrated.

ANyway, good look and if you can fix it, that will be a solution I will save but I have been through all this and I am happy that I have sent my RMX in for exchange and it will be back soon.
 
sending mine back is a waste of time.....so i come home this morning and turn it on and boom...it works good...hope it stays....if not i will try the above recommedations again....nuff respect

do you use a scrensaver? i had problems sometimes if my screensaver become active. i have no idea why this happens but it does. ive since disabled the screensaver.

i also have found problems with power settings causing usb ports to act unusually and somethimes goto sleep or turn off.

checking your power options may be a good idea and set them to never put usb ports to sleep or turn them off. this could be the problem also. its worth checking.

i have the same problem.. i could really use some help with this.. tested it on 4 different laptops and a pc. my pc i use all the time its the crossfader.. the laptops the volume or pitch jump up and down continuously.. all issues are only on the right deck.. two different rmx an a v-100
