Can anyone tell me if VDJ will allow you to mix a song that has been pitched down...in other words, instead of a song being at a 100% pitch, can VDJ mix a song that has been pitched from 100% to 98%. If so, please tell me how you did it because it's not working for me.

That's a hard question to understand. You can mix any song weather it's pitched up, or pitched down. There's no pitch adjustment you can possibly make that would prevent any type of mixing process.
