Yes +1 for the sound snippet problem.
Also the biggest bug for me it's with waveforms not loading completely after playing videos for several hours on win 7 64 bit machine. Hopefully it gets addressed soon!

Thanks for the update. Just what the NS7 needed. No more pitch drifting!!! Scratching, Beat juggling is on point even with videos!

Have been waiting for over a year for proper support for the Allen & Heath Xone 3d
 
The Xone mixers are simple MIDI devices and can be mapped easily using the simple MIDI mapper.

If you are so inclined a definition file can be created for it if you are willing to provide the information.

You fixed netsearch, its helped me out many a time to plug tracks that have dissapeared from my harddive over the years.
and i got my wish about MSN. (When VDJ in in the foreground, to automaticaly make MSN into BUSY mode. this stops the MSN sounds)

Very Nice the Wow and Flutter is Gone!
 
Still got problem playing a lot of my video files. Some are mpg and some are avi/xvid. They freezes, the picture are out of sync with the sound. I even got one video to play sound from one file and show the picture from another!!
Switching to windows media player codec takes away the freezing of videos but when i load a video the waveforms freezes a few seconds instead.

Yes i always make clean installs!

All of these videos works well in v6.0.4 and in other players/applications but not in 6.0.5, 6.0.7 and not in 6.0.8 as many before me mentioned. I use vdj with NS7 so i want the improvements in v6.0.8 for NS7, but i still want to be able to play my videos. Well back to 6.04 again.
 


I would like to add that my video problems as stated in my previous posts (program locking out when trying to deactivate video while playing video) began in vdj 6.05 as well.
 
Before complaining that video problems still exist for you, I would recommend that you read the changelog along with other posts in this thread (there are no video engine fixes mentioned in the changelog) and then continue those discussions on the already existing relevant threads rather than polluting another.

They cant be easily programmed (well I cant do it anyway despite many attempts, I have tried in vain with the help of others for over a year to get the jogwheels to operate correctly. I posted on the forum and provided all the information about the midi signals but never got anywhere.

I have this with Vista this is an old problem not just with Windows 7. With v6.0.7 the problem got worse normally I would see this problem until after play for 6 or 7 hours after v6.0.7 it started happening after an hour or so into playing.

One thing I did which seems to have solved the problem (for the most part) with v6.0.7 was turning Netsearch off and I used the registry tool for the video freeze problem. Haven't tried v6.0.8 to see if there is any improvement in the time you play before the waveforms no longer completely load.

Runs alot smoother with less clips and pops.

Yes it does to a point but the crossfader isnt mapped, which I need for video crossfade. I also need to change the layout of a few controls. I pm'd the maker but he didnt get back to me.
 
does anybody know if u have serato and the new vdj pro installed on the same laptop, do u know if one program deletes the comments written by the other?
