Currently running Numark Cue 6.03 and have it controlling two Denon S3700s. Have been using this system for the past two months - Friday night in the middle of my show deck two (on my left) stopped spinning. The deck still runs fine, controls the software - however I cannot scratch with it.
If I take the deck out of Midi mode and run a CD or a USB thumb drive, the deck still spins without a problem. How do I fix this? I have tried numerous times restarting Cue and restarting the decks. No luck, must be something in the settings / config?

Did you take it out of Vinyl Mode by hitting the Scratch button on the controller?
If you turn the platter while it's playing a track in VirtualDJ then it is in PitchBend mode... press the Scratch mode button on the controller (just to the left of the pitch slider above the CD slot) - LED for the button should be Orange if in Vinyl Mode (Green in Bend mode).
