I purchased a Hercule RMX and it came with VDJ 5.2. The software installs properly, but the program will not load. I've updated the OS, the Hercules Mac driver and the latest VDJ install. The software loads and "hops" around the dock. It hops and hops and never loads. I need to force quit the program.
Any ideas?

Please check if
1) you installed VirtualDJ with an Administrator account on your Mac?
2) you have a Read and Write authorization over your folder Documents > VirtualDJ ?
Go to this folder, and after a Ctrl+Mouse clic on the folder, choose 'Get Infos' in the list, and, at the bottom of the 'Get Info' window, check if you have a Read & Write authorization. If you have no Write authorization, click on the lock icon to changer your right on this folder, and re-install VirtualDJ.

As a home user you can't, I believe if you buy pro infinity then you can request older versions.

There are lots of old DJs on the forum.
I'm assuming you want a DJ who's based in the US, so that rules me out - but if you give your approx location and how old you'd like the DJ to be, I'm sure someone will be able to help.
