OK this is all relative atm just thinking about it so i wonder will this set-up work
i have a laptop(Toshiba satellite) with 1 mini jack out
a maya44 sound card
to a stereo 2 channel numark M2 mixer http://www.htfr.com/more-info/MR279585
then to 2 stanton decks http://www.htfr.com/more-info/MR152799
then get some control vinyl like VDJ/serato
and after all of that hook it up to my amp>speakers
if yes i have a few questions will the Sync button in VDJ work? will i still be able to use effects/samples??

Not sure about sync, but effects should work with the Maya connected properly.

Yes, by using the Maya44 you will be able to use the decks to control VirtualDJ via timecode vinyl records - For setup details, please see http://www.virtualdj.com/images/pdf/VirtualDJ6-SetupQuickGuide.pdf
You can use sync with timecode (Except when using absolute mode), however you will need to trigger it using your mouse or keyboard shortcuts.
The same also applies to effects and samples. Timecode can only control playback of the actual music. Unlike MIDI controllers, it can't trigger functions in VirtualDJ.
You can use a MIDI controller at the same time as timecode if you wish.
