HI i got my console 2 day.......
when i move the crossfader across i cant the other tune???
only when i press the headphone it goes str8
into the other song??
i wanna be able to mix two songs togther??

You only hear in the headphones the prelisten function, the main music output (that should hear the crowd you are playing to) is on other output.
If you will download latest hercules drivers and firmware you shold be able to select in hercules "alien head" application the advanced mode and select if you want to hear "main" output or "prelisten" output in the headphones.
