When using "External Mixer" > "Two Cards" > Denon 1200 (sound out 1) & Primary Sound Driver (sound out 2), there are cracks/pops on the Denon channel. From reading other posts, this doesn't sound limited to the Denon.
When using the Denon Soundcard by itself, there are no cracks/pops.
When using the Headphone jack by itself, there are no cracks/pops.
I have tested the performance tab settings in all possible configurations & the crackling is still there.
I have called tech support several times & I have also posted several times my issue with crackling noise.
I have been using dual mono to compensate & it degrades the sound. I don't want to do this anymore. Someone PLEASE HELP ME!
My System:
Gateway NV52, Notebook
XP Pro 32 bit
AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor
3 GB RAM (4 GB, only 3 used in XP)
VDJ 6.0.2
Denon DNS-1200 (Newest Firmware updates)
