hi,
Last week I bought a maya44 usb soundcard to connect my Numark axis 9's & pioneer djm 400 mixer to virtual dj.
I installed the drivers, i set it up properly (cd players to the maya input, mixer to the maya output).
I also updated the axis 9's firmware and burned low grade timecode files as an audio cd.
If i press play on my numarks, the decks start playing in virtual dj but i don't hear the track which I loaded in to deck and the timecode quality in virtual dj stays at 0%...

thanks! pro grade cd's helped me out :D
but i can't manage to get a proper sound out of it :S It's very noisy. What could that be?

Hi, please check it is set to line in on the mixer not phono;)

For the Numark Axis 9, I think you need the low grade tccd signal. The high grade is more for Pioneer 800's & 1000's, Denon High end cd players and the like.
The high grade timecode signal may be too hot for your cd players. Also, when you burn the timecode signal to cd, make sure that you do NOT have any normalization on. That is very important. That may be why you have bad sound.
Looking at your screenshots, the output of the maya is pretty low. You would want to turn that up.
Last but not least, If you have an older version or a version that did not come from this site, you may want to download the free demo version. Often times if someone has a "dirty" version of the software, they run into all kinds of problems and issues that can not be fixed. I'm not saying that YOU have a "dirty" version but i'm letting you know that if this is the case, this could also explain sound problems you may be having.
