okay so i just grabbed home edition today and after downloading it i tried to open it up, however as it tried to open i got a beautiful box saying:
invalid skin file (error line %i)
since then i have tried to find the solution but most of the responses to similar issues have not worked.
are there any good fixes to this issue? most of the threads seem to have responses to other errors rather than to this one, any help would be appreciated

Please precise your computer configuration and your version of VirtualDJ Home Edition.
Computer configuration
- Windows or Mac environment and complete version (for example Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Mac OS 10.5.8)
- Computer model (laptop or desktop / model name / CPU (example Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz) / RAM (example 2 GB DDR 800 MHz))
- Display resolution (example : 1280 x 800 - 16 million colours)
