Hi,
Most of the time when I run Cue, it's great. Sometimes when I try to run it, it is unusable - it takes longer to load the song than the song would take to play.
This usually fixes itself if I let it run for an hour or two. Of course, during a gig, this is unacceptable.
I have all my audio files on a 32GB USB flash drive, nothing on the lousy laptop internal hard drive.
It looks to me like Cue is doing something in the background, like updating a database or something. In process manager, it is using a lot of CPU. Is there some way to turn this off?
Any suggestions humbly appreciated.
