When analysing some tracks, a few of them were not properly recognised by the program and now both tracks are only seen to be just over one minute long, even though they are both over 7 minutes in length! I am using the hercules verison of vdj and this has not happened to me before. If played in any other player, the tracks are complete.

What kind of files did you use to have this problem ?
At present VDJ doesn't like VBR mp3 and some wma files.

I've noticed this as well. For most of mine, the file plays fine, but only a small portion of it will appear in the waveform window. I use mostly high quality VBRs.
