Or a Jungle tune? Which beats do you cout, all 50 of them that happen every 2 seconds???
If I could just correctly count the beats per minute it would help me mix these types of tunes, even if I can't use the magic button.

most dnb and jungle music uses 2:4 beat. To count this beat, i usually use the snare as reference. Listen for a regular patter : where dance music is usually - beat beat beat beat - look for - snare - pause - snare - pause. Hope this helps
