There isn't a script.
you could turn time down, you could use multiple folders which can be switched with the effect string.

-Slideshow plugin has Next and Previous buttons
If video and image files are included, Next and Previous will skip only the image files. Video files will not be skipped.

In version 7021, I no longer noticed any problem with the previous next buttons.
