since update last version of virtual my hercules 4Mx not response is bloqued i guess by virtual just send sound and you can listed in headphones...all other button dont works...my license is pro infinity

I made it, the last version of drivers..but the tray agent in task bar is always with a red cross....like no one equipment is connected...

Perhaps it's a USB 3.0 port issue. Read this first .. https://support.hercules.com/en/product/djconsole4mx-en/
Other things you can try ...
different USB cables, different USB ports, different computer (if available), powered USB hub, and if still not working, contact Hercules Support.
