I used MSI laptop GT72 this laptop has
4 Audio jack and internal sound card
I did all the setting but still did get the Pre-listening+with+headphones

show a screenshot of your config
make sure your OS sound config is 5.1 or 7.1
must be something like
main | reastek(R) audio (WASAPI) or any other | chan 1 & 2 | 48.0k 22ms 8o
headphones | reastek(R) audio (WASAPI) or any other | chan 3 & 4 | 48.0k 22ms 8o
prelisten | reastek(R) audio (WASAPI) or any other | chan 5 & 6 | 48.0k 22ms 8o
field 2 can be something else, all 3 being the same ^^ field 3 can say 44.1k ^^
