Hello is it possible to integrate vertical video output to be suitable for IGTV and other platforms that support or require it?

Just resize your video output window vertically. When recording, change the videi recording resolution option, and when streaming through vdj change the resolution in the broadcast options

No, there is no rotation for <video>
there is a <visual type="rotation"> but only for pic from image and fiwed only using source="get_constant n"
video can rotate using a plugin ... but none exist for that right now
by the way... vertical skins are not really possible (skin engine crashes)
