My Virtual DJ 2020 b5308 PC (64 bits) shows only black video screen when playing videos, need help please

Too old GPU or wrong graphic drivers
use 32bit version

Also, I have opened a ticket of support, I tell you that is the fault of the PC, but calls me the attention that without the drivers work well.
Without VDJ, videos reproduce without problems with or without drivers ...
What are your specifications on the PC?
It would be nice to open a ticket of support so that it gives us more importance.
Windows requirements exceed those recommended in my case, but I think these are not the current requirements, my PC is compatible:
