Usually you can use all kinds of house music to learn mixing. Try some Deadmau5 tracks, too. They're very easy to mix ;-)

Sometimes 2 copies of the same track might be good for practising with!
Anything with nice long intro and outro with a nice strong kick drum and high hat.

yes 2 copies ov a track is good. i found Trance stuff quite easy as the beats are very stable. House is good (but i dont like it so never really tried too hard with this)...
ANYTHING by Marcel Woods!!! very simple beat and nice longish breaks to insert new beats into.

DJ Marcel (VDJ radio)l has a very good youtube of himself mashin up ice cube and banghra
i'm sure you can find on you tube , maybe a forum search
andy pointed out something good ....
anything that can make the beat small/tight/precise is good , helps you lock in
a high hat makes the beat small and tight , especially when closed......
a ride cymbal does the opposite and makes the beat big but loose , harder to learn with .....
