I have a Korg PadKontrol Midi Controller, which I use w/ Virtual DJ for sampling. First, why not add this Midi Controller to your program for easy plug/play use. I am of the believers who like to plug and play right out of the box. Right now, I would have to configure every pad, etc to make it work all in sync. Secondly, it would be nice to have # of sample pad on VDJ sampler section. For example, when I am trigger sampling on my Korg PadKontrol, it would be easy to sample with say #3 pad, then find out on VDJ sampler which #sample is on (Korg has 16 sample pads, VDJ only has 12. (which makes it the more easier to incorporate Korg PadKontrol into your program for easy plug and play...like the Numark NS7 and Serato Itch program). Thanks for listening, please let me know if anything is going to change for the future).

If you like plug and play right out of the box, may I suggest you buy hardware that is compatible with the software. may I suggest the Korg Nanopad. Small, light, cheap. It has the same amount of sample banks as VDJ and already has a mapper. It's a great little product. Other then that, you might try mapping your Korg yourself. I've done a bit of mapping with VDJ and it isn't all that tough.
